This role owns key components of the HR technology ecosystem, drives implementations and enhancements, and bridges HR operations with technology execution. The position requires both functional HR expertise and hands-on HR technology experience, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software. <div> Key Responsibilities: HR Technology Leadership <ul> <li>Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio.</li> <li>Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.</li> <li>Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.</li> <li>Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance.</li> </ul> Process Improvement: <ul> <li>Evaluate current HR processes and drive automation and simplification.</li> <li>Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee and manager experiences.</li> </ul> Policy & Governance <ul> <li>Support the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies.</li> <li>Ensure policies are consistently applied through systems and workflows.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> Program & Project Management <ul> <li>Lead HRIS projects from planning through deployment.</li> <li>Manage timelines, risks, user testing, stakeholder engagement, and change management.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional project activities and vendor deliverables.</li> <li>Develop project documentation and status reporting</li> </ul> Data Management & Reporting <ul> <li>Maintain data integrity across HR systems.</li> <li>Support reporting, analytics, auditing, and compliance activities.</li> <li>Partner with People Analytics teams to improve reporting capabilities</li> </ul> Stakeholder Partnership <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.</li> <li>Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.</li> <li>Deliver training, manage change communications, and user support.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.</li> <li>Strong functional HR knowledge combined with HR technology expertise.</li> <li>Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.</li> <li>Experience in multi-country and multi-time zone environments.</li> <li>Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Understanding of HR compliance requirements and system design implications.</li> <li>Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technology solutions, automation, and digital transformation.</li> <li>Excellent communication and business partnering skills.</li> <li>Continuous improvement mindset.</li> </ul> Success Profile The ideal candidate: <ul> <li>Understands HR processes end-to-end.</li> <li>Can independently lead system projects and process redesign e􀆯</li> <li>Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li> <li>Drives simplification, automation, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Serves as a bridge between HR business needs and technology capabilities.</li> </ul> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
