Responsibilities: * Provide HR all-rounded generalist support to assigned division * Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding. * Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation and MPF administration etc. * Work closely with the line managers in C&B issues, employee communications, compensation planning, performance management and other HR projects * Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate * Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations * Contribute to HR related ad hoc projects where necessary. Requirements? * Bachelor?s Degree or above. * At lease 1 year Human Resources experiences in financial services industry. * Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices. * Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player. * Able to multi-task and work under pressure. * Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
