Installation Project Manager – Dayton, Ohio

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Dayton area to identify an Installation Project Manager who will oversee field-based installation projects from start to finish. Conduct routine visits to stores and active job sites to support installation projects Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations Monitor installation progress to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines are met Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, coordinating next steps as needed Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement of installation processes and customer experience Qualifications Experience in installation management, project coordination, construction, field services, or related operations Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable working in a field-based role with local travel Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman with strong commercial electrical experience to lead and manage a team of electricians on commercial construction projects.
