Overview: EnoLight is seeking a creative Junior Interior Design and Lighting Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between thoughtful design and an exceptional client experience. This role combines support for interior design, lighting expertise, and sales consulting. You will represent our brand by presenting innovative lighting solutions to clients, designers, and contractors, while assisting with design concepts, layouts, and visual presentations that support project proposals. Key Responsibilities: * Present and promote EnoLight?s lighting solutions to clients, designers, and contractors. * Handle customer service inquiries and deliver in-person presentations to walk-in clients. * Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally and promptly. * Help manage sales leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate client communication records. * Guide clients through lighting selections for residential and commercial projects. * Create and present lighting layouts, interior space plans, and 3D visualizations. * Prepare quotes, proposals, and marketing presentations tailored to each project. * Conduct site visits to assess project needs and propose suitable lighting solutions. * Collaborate with clients and project teams to integrate lighting into their designs. Qualifications: * Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Professional fluency in written and spoken English. * Experience in client-facing roles, sales, or design presentations. * Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar for 2D/3D modeling. * Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Solid understanding of lighting design and interior aesthetics. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Able to work from our Markham office and visit job sites across the GTA.
