Internal Medicine Physician Southern California $30K Sign-On Bonus We are seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven healthcare team serving Native American communities in beautiful East San Diego County. Position Highlights Full-time employed position Monday Friday schedule Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM $30,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Bonus Comprehensive Federal benefits package Responsibilities Provide primary care services within the scope of licensure and community standards of care Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate specialty referrals and patient follow-up Document patient encounters in the electronic health record Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical staff Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine California Medical License or ability to obtain Active DEA Registration Current CPR Certification Experience in community-based healthcare preferred Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations Sensitivity to Native American culture and values We are working with a tribally operated community health center dedicated to improving the health and wellness of Native American communities through high-quality, culturally responsive care.
