Location: Fully Remote - United States. Working Type Part-Time (Telehealth Physicians): Fully remote role with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. Full-Time (Telehealth Physicians): Fully remote role with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Compensation Part-Time Physicians (MD/DO): $150 per hour for physicians who hold adequate licensure coverage (including 4 large-volume states + 9 additional states). If licensure coverage is below this threshold, the rate is $65 per visit. Full-Time Physicians Eligible candidates may be offered full-time roles with a compensation range of $160K - $200K annually, depending on experience, licensure breadth, and qualifications. Experience: 5–10 years in Family or Internal Medicine, plus 2+ years of telehealth experience. Must Have Must be able to work 2 weekends/month. Active US medical licensure covering ~30% of the adult US population. US-based medical education and clinical training. Strong communication skills for written and video patient interactions. Roles & Responsibilities Provide high-quality virtual care through chat and video for diverse outpatient cases. Conduct triage, offer accurate clinical guidance, and coordinate labs/imaging/referrals. Use modern telehealth tools and maintain timely, clear documentation.
