IT (information technology) development manager

Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Recruit and hire staff. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Lead and co-ordinate teams of design professionals in the development and integration of information and communication system architecture, hardware and software. Experience: 5 years or more.
