Junior Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Dive into structured and unstructured data to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that solve critical challenges. • Support machine learning and artificial intelligence development campaigns to enhance intelligence for warfighters. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and analyze data-rich environments to uncover key information. • Interpret data and recommend strategies to impact worldwide military operations, reduce risk, and increase mission success. • Develop and test data methodologies, generating cross-functional solutions through the collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large datasets. • Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive technical outcomes. What You'll Need • 2+ years of experience in designing algorithms and data manipulation using programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL. • Knowledge of identifying new data sources and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting. • Ability to develop data pipelines and integrate data tools for self-service frameworks. • Experience working collaboratively with intelligence and data analysis teams to produce qualitative and quantitative data supporting intelligence products. • A Bachelor's degree.
