Junior Database Administrator

Database Technician Pay Rate: $20/hour W2 Location: Fully Remote We're looking for a motivated Database Technician to join our team. In this entry-level role you'll work alongside experienced leads to help maintain, monitor, and improve complex database environments. No degree or prior experience required — just a willingness to learn and a passion for data and technology. What You'll Do: Support the maintenance and administration of relational databases Assist with planning and engineering of database solutions under lead guidance Help monitor database performance, scalability, and security Assist in evaluating existing database designs and identifying improvement opportunities Write and develop basic SQL queries and reports to retrieve required data What We're Looking For: Familiarity with a relational database management system (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server — Oracle experience is a plus Basic ability to write SQL queries Comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Show more Show less
