Junior Sous Chef- Hotel/ Fine Dining Restaurant

Were looking for a confident and capable Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take charge of the kitchen and run a service confidently when the Head/Sous Chef is away .
