On-call duties as required We?re looking for a values-driven and experienced leader to join our team as Manager, Justice Services. This role is responsible for the operational leadership and strategic development of a portfolio of programs and projects serving youth and adults involved in ? or at-risk of involvement in ? the justice system. This includes oversight of our 24/7 open custody/detention program, as well as multiple community-based justice services. Reporting to the Director, Programs & Strategic Initiatives, the Manager plays a vital leadership role at Springboard, championing trauma-informed, participant-centered services; supporting a strong team of People Leaders and staff; ensuring compliance with licensing and contractual obligations; and advancing organizational priorities. As a key member of Springboard?s senior leadership team, you?ll help shape the direction of the organization through contributions to strategic planning, program evaluation, agency communications, fund development, and risk management.
