On-call duties as required We?re looking for a values-driven and experienced leader to join our team as Manager, Justice Services. This role is responsible for the operational leadership and strategic development of a portfolio of programs and projects serving youth and adults involved in ? or at-risk of involvement in ? the justice system. This includes oversight of our 24/7 open custody/detention program, as well as multiple community-based justice services. Reporting to the Director, Programs & Strategic Initiatives, the Manager plays a vital leadership role at Springboard, championing trauma-informed, participant-centered services; supporting a strong team of People Leaders and staff; ensuring compliance with licensing and contractual obligations; and advancing organizational priorities. As a key member of Springboard?s senior leadership team, you?ll help shape the direction of the organization through contributions to strategic planning, program evaluation, agency communications, fund development, and risk management. You bring sound judgment, professionalism, and a deeply values-driven leadership style, reflecting Springboard?s commitment to inclusivity, innovation, care, and integrity. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership and Oversight Lead a multidisciplinary team of People Leaders and front-line staff across multiple justice programs and initiatives, with a focus on trauma-informed, equity-centered, and anti-oppressive practices. Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability and continuous learning, creating space for staff and participants to be heard, supported, and empowered. Oversee program operations, service delivery, and quality assurance across all programs and initiatives. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and standards, including the Child, Youth and F
