Lead GoLang Developer

US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only (Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead GoLang Developer to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade distributed applications for a healthcare and pharmacy-focused platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoLang, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-performance applications in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using GoLang and modern frontend frameworks. Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices-based solutions. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance. Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions. Create project plans, estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Mentor developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and best-practice guidance. Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows. Utilize AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity. Monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability. Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years of software development experience. Extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems. Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale development initiatives. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
