Lead Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Lead Provider, NP to oversee daily operations of an occupational health clinic at a shipyard. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards while managing employee health services. Diagnose, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses. Perform routine medical surveillance and physical exams for various exposure programs. Supervise Nurse Practitioners, provide clinical support, delegate tasks, and coordinate staffing. Work collaboratively with the Clinical Supervisor to optimize patient flow and triage. Qualifications include: licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree, Maine APN license, at least 5 years of NP experience, prior managerial experience, and occupational health background preferred. Ability to navigate the shipyard and participate in Sea Trials is required. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
