Lead Nurse Practitioner

The Lead Provider, NP, oversees daily operations of an occupational health clinic at a shipyard, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards. Diagnose, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees. Perform medical surveillance, physical exams, and case reviews for exposures to environmental toxins, DOT, fire brigade, and other programs. Supervise Nurse Practitioners, provide clinical guidance, delegate tasks, and coordinate staffing and scheduling. Monitor patient flow and triage efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements include licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree, at least 5 years of NP experience, managerial background, and occupational health knowledge preferred. Must be able to navigate the shipyard and participate in Sea Trials.
