Lead Nurse Practitioner

The Lead Provider, NP, oversees daily operations of an occupational health clinic within a shipyard environment. Ensure safety, quality, and performance compliance while managing work-related injuries and illnesses. Perform medical surveillance, physical exams, and case reviews for exposures such as asbestos, heavy metals, toxins, and noise. Supervise and support Nurse Practitioners, delegate tasks, and coordinate staffing and scheduling. Work closely with clinical staff to monitor patient flow and triage efficiency. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree, Maine APN license, and at least 5 years of experience, including managerial background. Occupational health experience is preferred. Requires physical ability to navigate the shipyard and participate in Sea Trials. This in-person role offers a salary range of $140,000-$155,000, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, working Monday through Friday.
