Lead Nurse Practitioner

The Lead Provider, NP, oversees daily operations of an occupational health clinic at a shipyard, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. Safety Leadership: Diagnose, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses for employees. Project Execution: Conduct medical surveillance, physical exams, and case reviews for exposures and safety programs. Clinical Management: Supervise Nurse Practitioners, provide clinical guidance, delegate tasks, manage staffing, and monitor patient flow. Requirements include licensure as a nurse practitioner with a Master's degree, at least 5 years of NP experience, managerial experience, and preferred occupational health background. Must be able to navigate the shipyard and participate in Sea Trials. The position is a first shift, five days a week, with a salary range of $140,000-$155,000 and comprehensive benefits.
