Job Title: Lead Prompt Engineer / Senior AI Architect Location: Sunnyvale, Bay Area Job Description: Lead the design and deployment of multi-agent, LLM-powered systems for GFiber, integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Netcracker, SAP) to automate customer support and field operations — reducing Capex/Opex while improving service delivery. You'll: Architect multi-agent systems on GCP (GKE, Vertex AI/Gemini) Build prompt engineering frameworks (CoT, few-shot, guardrails) Design Dialogflow/Gemini conversational agents for inquiry routing Integrate LLMs with Salesforce/ServiceNow for Telecom ticketing workflows Build RAG pipelines over internal policies/docs Deploy via GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, Terraform You have: 10+ years in AI/NLP, with deep Gemini/Vertex AI/LangChain or LlamaIndex expertise Proven Salesforce/ServiceNow integration experience in Telecom or large enterprise Multi-agent system and vector DB/hybrid search experience (Redis, PostgreSQL) Strong Python, Docker, Terraform, GCP skills B.Tech in CS/Math or related field
