Location: Boardman office (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and Howland office (Thu). Position 2 (32 Hours): 4 weekdays per week, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Location: Boardman office. What You’ll Do: Patient Connection: Manage clinical phone lines, triage inquiries, and relay results to patients. Care Coordination: Schedule procedures and follow-ups while ensuring all records are ready for hospital cases. Medication Management: Process prescription refills accurately via EMR. Quality & Safety: Maintain a professional environment and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and TJC standards. What You’ll Need: License: Current Ohio LPN license and AHA BLS certification. Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care (3+ years in a physician office or ambulatory setting is preferred). Skills: Experience with EMR systems and a talent for multitasking with empathy.
