This unique Triad-based orthopedic LPN position allows you to work collaboratively across orthopedic clinic locations in Winston-Salem, Clemmons, and King , supporting patients through every stage of their musculoskeletal and recovery journey . The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as a member of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with other team members to provide care that promotes optimal health. The Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the care of the patient during their health journey. The Licensed Practical Nurse accepts accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN led team, in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm Department: Novant Health Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina About Our Team We specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, joint pain, fractures, and rehabilitation to help patients regain strength and mobility. What You'll Do Assist providers during exams and procedures Take vital signs, obtain medical histories, and perform EKGs Prepare patients and exam rooms for treatment Provide compassionate care and patient education focused on orthopedic health and recovery What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. Experience: One year of relevant experience, required. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
