What we?re looking for: * Strong line cook experience (minimum 3 years preferred) * Calm under pressure during busy service * Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work * Team player with a great attitude * Passion for quality food and a clean, organized kitchen * Food Safe certifcate Key Responsibilities: * *Prep Work: *Efficiently chop and prepare fresh vegetables and sauces to support our kitchen operations. * *Cooking: *Craft delicious soups and daily lunch specials, and showcase your skills on the line. * *Beverage Creation: *Blend a variety of refreshing smoothies in line with our menu offerings. * *Sanitation: *Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness by washing dishes and ensuring kitchen equipment is pristine. * *Inventory Management: *Oversee the receiving and storage of food inventory, keeping our supplies fresh and well-organized. * Customer Interaction: Handle special menu requests with care, utilizing a strong understanding of our menu to meet diverse dietary needs and preferences.
