Soos restaurant on Ossington is hiring a line cook. We are happy to bring on a young passionate cook or someone with a little more experience with the ideal candidate looking for stable employment in an established restaurant with consistent hours. We are open 5 nights a week, Wednesdays through Sundays, from 5pm. Shifts start between 2pm-3:00pm and finish around 10:30pm-11:30pm depending on the day, 5 days a week. This position is responsible for the hot station involving the flat top, grill, and fryer and all related prep. Minimum one year working in a restaurant kitchen required. Experience with Asian/South east Asian ingredients and techniques an advantage.
