Linux System Administrator

We're looking for a skilled System Administrator to join the Bobcat program in Springfield. In this role, you'll be at the heart of enterprise IT operations — keeping Windows and Linux systems running reliably, securely, and at peak performance. This is a mission-critical position supporting a cleared program environment. You'll work across the full systems stack: from provisioning and patching to troubleshooting and performance optimization. What you'll do Manage and secure enterprise systems using Windows Active Directory and related tooling Plan and execute OS upgrades, software integrations, and subsystem installations Monitor system health and optimize resources for maximum efficiency Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Administer VMware, storage, and cross-domain solutions Leverage SCCM and SCOM for endpoint management and operations monitoring Support software deployment and ongoing maintenance across the enterprise What we're looking for Active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated Poly (USG VA customer) One of: Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or CASP+ certification (can obtain within the first 6 months) Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise monitoring tools Proficiency with VMware, storage solutions, and cross-domain systems SCCM and/or SCOM administration experience Linux systems administration skills Nice to have Helpdesk or tiered support background Hardware support experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills #DHIclearedopportunities Show more Show less
