In this role, you will coordinate daily shipments across air, ocean, and trucking transportation. You will be managing documentation, tracking shipment status, and working closely with carriers, brokers, our internal warehouse, retail and wholesale teams to keep day to day operations running smoothly. You are the point of contact when shipment issues occur, resolving delays and discrepancies quickly and professionally. You'll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently, accurately, and as planned, while also helping identify ways to improve and better our processes over time. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily shipments across air, ocean, and trucking transportation. * Prepare and verify logistics documentation (BOL, packing list, commercial invoice, HS codes). * Monitor shipment status, manage exceptions, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. * Work closely with carriers, brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. * Resolve delays, discrepancies, and service issues with urgency and professionalism. * Maintain accurate records, inventory data, and system updates. * Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency. Required Qualifications * Strong understanding of shipping documents and customs requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Consistently follow?through with responsibilities and accountabilities. * Accurate in documentation and data, pays attention to details. * Is proactive in identification and resolu
