Schedule Options: * Full-time Night Shift * Thursday ? Sunday (2 x 8-hour shifts, 2 x 12-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate time-critical domestic and international shipments. * Dispatch and communicate with drivers, airlines, and service partners. * Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery. * Ensure customs documentation and shipment data are accurate. * Respond quickly to delays, service issues, and customer requests. * Provide professional customer service via phone and email. * Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems. * Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Requirements: * Previous logistics, dispatch, freight forwarding, or transportation experience preferred. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable making decisions under pressure. * Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; transportation/logistics software is an asset). * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. * Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping is an asset.
