Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations in Coaldale. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with customers and carriers, and making sure shipments are handled efficiently and on schedule. What's in it for You? • Competitive hourly wage based on experience • Fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow Compensation & Hours: • The rate of pay will be $22–$27/hr, depending on experience • Location: Coaldale, AB • Full-time, permanent opportunity Position Summary: • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries • Schedule transportation and communicate with drivers, carriers, vendors, and customers • Track shipments and provide updates when needed • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and logistics paperwork • Monitor the movement of orders and ensure information is recorded accurately • Assist with resolving delivery delays, discrepancies, or other logistics issues • Enter and update shipment information in company systems • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate transportation and order requirements • Provide general administrative support to the logistics and operations team Required Qualifications: • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or coordination • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and data-entry systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently • Ability to reliably commute to Coaldale, AB Bonus Points For: • Experience with shipping, receiving, dispatch, or freight coordination • Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems • Experience working with transportation companies or commercial drivers • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Right People.
