Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, including supply chain coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role will require LTL experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Duties * Planning and managing available equipment and drivers. * Identifying issues and concerns of drivers, and resolving them in a timely manner. * Actively track and trace the movement of customer freight and proactively communicate with the customers. * Proactively communicate delays, breakdowns, road closures, etc. to customers, shippers, receivers. Effectively adjust operating plans to accommodate such circumstances. * Communicate and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with shippers, receivers and drivers. Skills * Minimum of 2 years of Transportation Experience required. * Analytical and critical thinking skills * Exceptional negotiation, decision making and organizational skills * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills * The ability to thrive in a fast-pace, deadline-oriented environment * The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with excellent problem solving skills, who also can work as a team * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Join us as a Logistic Coordinator and be part of a dynamic team where your skills will be valued and developed!
