Front of House Manager White Birch Cafe is a new café in Fernie and are looking for a Front of House Manager to help lead service and build a strong team culture. Now that we are understand our operational needs, we are looking to fill this role with the right long-term fit. About the Role The Front of House Manager will help oversee day-to-day café operations, support and train staff, maintain service standards, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hospitality-focused work.
