Responsibilities * Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive and motivated team * Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm * Maintain strict food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests * Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food storage to minimize waste and control costs * Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business * Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation practices, and overall presentation to uphold brand standards Experience * Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry, with demonstrated leadership in team management * Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures * Experience in hospitality environments with a focus on delivering excellent customer service * Previous roles involving interviewing potential staff members and managing restaurant operations effectively * Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment Join us if you?re ready to lead with energy, passion, and purpose!
