In this role you will be asked to...Support the development, coordination, and implementation of public information and marketing activities that help BC Transit and its local government partners achieve their customer information and marketing goals. Reporting to the Supervisor, Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand how services, projects, and initiatives impact customers and determine how marketing can be used to support awareness, education, and adoption. You will coordinate concurrent customer information and marketing projects, helping ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational priorities. This includes coordinating annual marketing campaigns, managing timelines, collaborating with partners and vendors, and supporting campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll contribute to the creation and delivery of customer-facing materials across a variety of channels, including print, radio, digital, social media, web, and out-of-home advertising. You'll write and edit content, coordinate production schedules, and ensure materials align with BC Transit brand standards and customer information requirements. You'll also work collaboratively with internal teams, local government partners, operating companies, media representatives, community organizations, and contractors to support project delivery and achieve marketing objectives.
