The role includes material staging, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities, while ensuring full compliance with safety and operational standards within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. You Will : <ul> <li>Transport materials to and from loading docks, storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using manual methods or material handling equipment.</li> <li>Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily warehouse and material handling tasks efficiently.</li> <li>Receive, sort, mark, and stock cargo in designated locations, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all materials handled.</li> <li>Operate equipment such as sit-down forklifts, order pickers, tow motors, pallet jacks, and assistive devices to safely move or lift heavy items.</li> <li>Stage products for shipping, receiving, and lineside operations, preparing materials for transport and production needs.</li> <li>Perform quality inspections of incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and cross-check shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company safety standards and general housekeeping practices.</li> <li>Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul> You Bring: <ul> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English</li> <li>Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions</li> <li>Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (SAP preferred)</li> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li> <li>Valid forklift operator license/certification</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, tow motors, pallet jacks)</li> <li>Ability to comply with site safety requirements (PPE, speed limits, designated routes, etc.)</li> <li>Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 10–50 lbs.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
