San Francisco, CA Full-time On-site Overview We're looking for a Product Engineer to own the end-to-end development of Lucidic's optimization platform. You will build intuitive interfaces that help enterprise teams measure, improve, and deploy their AI agents with confidence. What You'll Do Build and maintain the Lucidic dashboard and optimization workflows Design and implement APIs that power our optimization platform Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and translate needs into product features Collaborate with the research team to surface optimization insights through compelling visualizations Own features from conception through deployment and iteration Contribute to technical architecture decisions and best practices What We Look For Strong full-stack engineering skills (React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Node backend) Experience building data-intensive applications with complex visualizations Track record of shipping products that users love Strong product intuition and ability to make tradeoffs independently Excellent communication skills and customer empathy Nice to Have Experience with ML/AI products or developer tools Background in data visualization or analytics platforms Experience at early-stage startups Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering About Lucidic AI We build tooling that automatically evaluates and improves enterprise AI agents using search + learning loops across prompts, tools, and policies.
