Work Snapshot Type: W2 Contract Location: Remote Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours/week Commission: $90-$140 per hour What You'll Be Doing Improve model performance across MLOps, training infrastructure, and ML systems workflows Design and solve complex MLOps and distributed systems engineering tasks Evaluate technical solutions and provide structured written feedback on infrastructure performance Develop evaluation frameworks for training pipelines, distributed systems, and kernel-level optimization Collaborate with technical experts to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets What We Re Looking For Strong experience in ML infrastructure, MLOps, and ML systems engineering Strong experience with JAX and/or PyTorch in large-scale production environments Strong experience writing and optimizing custom GPU kernels using Pallas or Triton Strong experience in distributed systems reasoning and training pipeline optimization Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills Ability to commit reliably to a full-time weekday schedule How To Apply Upload resume Interview Submit form Show more Show less
