Must-Have Skills 10-12 years of experience in Android application development. Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android OS. Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, Jira, backlog management, and DORA metrics. Strong Object-Oriented Design & Development experience. Experience with REST APIs, mobile app integration, and local storage (RDBMS/NoSQL). Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. Strong Computer Science fundamentals. Preferred Skills Flutter development experience. POS (Point of Sale) application experience. API design and development. Cloud development experience. Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Crashlytics. Understanding of SRE best practices. Note: Looking for candidates with strong Android development experience, scalable application design expertise, and exposure to modern DevOps/monitoring practices.
