About The Role The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling high-performance native mobile applications across iOS and Android ecosystems. The engineer will own the development of user-facing features, ensuring fluid animations, offline-first reliability, and tight integration with core backend APIs. Working within a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and backend engineers, this role is essential in translating complex user flows into intuitive, platform-native mobile experiences. The engineer will help set architectural standards, improve CI/CD pipelines, and elevate mobile engineering practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and deploy feature-rich mobile applications using Swift/SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose for Android Optimize application performance, addressing UI rendering issues, memory leaks, startup latency, and battery consumption across a diverse range of devices Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate robust, type-safe REST and GraphQL APIs optimized for mobile networks Implement reliable local data persistence and offline synchronization strategies using SQLite, Room, or CoreData Maintain and enhance automated testing suites, including unit, integration, and UI automation tests to ensure regression-free releases Manage the mobile release lifecycle, utilizing automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver updates smoothly to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store What We Are Looking For 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with a primary focus on native iOS or Android development Strong proficiency in Swift or Kotlin, with a deep understanding of platform-specific SDKs, concurrency models, and memory management Proven experience building modern reactive user interfaces using SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose Solid understanding of mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture Experience with mobile security best practices, including secure storage, certificate pinning, and OAuth implementations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with cross-platform technologies (like Flutter or React Native), modular codebase architectures, or writing high-performance C++ libraries for mobile Show more Show less
