mover helper

Job Description We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable mover to join our company. As a mover you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting and unloading goods and materials for residential and commercial clients. Be adept in customer service and can work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work in a team. You should also be able to be comfortable with physical work and have excellent attention to detail to ensure everything being transported is being handled with care. Job Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customers? belongings. * Wrap, pack and unpack items in an organized and efficient manner to prevent damage. * Communicate with clients in a professional manner. * Ability to work with a team and follow instructions from the leader for smoother operations. * Assist with paperwork such as inventory checklist and client forms. * Follow company safety standards and rules and regulations to minimize potential risks. Job Requirements * Ability to carry and lift heavy items (50 ? 100lbs) for an extended period of time. * Previous experience in moving is an asset and will play a significant factor in pay rate but not mandatory as training will be provided. * Strong work ethic and management skills. * Work hours are not totally defined, be able to work on weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. * Ability to work well with moving crew and follow instructions.
