We are looking for an expert SolidWorks Designer. Our companies -Ellis Fabrications Inc. (EFI) and Groundworks Safety Systems are leading innovators in design and fabrication of construction equipment attachments and trench safety . Position Overview: We are looking for someone who is a master at solid works, wants to invent and do work that makes a difference. This full-time, long-term position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of high impact projects, including expanding an internationally patented product line. Qualifications: · Must be an expert in SolidWorks and have a mechanical inventive mind. -Experience in hand measuring and utilizing measuring tools such as 3D laser scanners is an asset. . Must live in Canada, local candidates preferred. · Must have excellent english communication - both written and verbal. · Experience designing heavy equipment attachments and practical knowledge of the construction industry is an asset. · MET, CET, EIT, or ME designation.
