Responsibilities Design, build, and enhance backend applications that support middle-office and financial operations. Develop data pipelines and services that improve reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. Create scalable, reliable, and maintainable software using modern engineering practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Test, troubleshoot, and refine applications to ensure performance, stability, and accuracy. Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, issue tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation or process enhancements that increase operational effectiveness. Partner with technology teams to deploy, support, and optimize applications in production environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent software development experience. Experience developing backend applications using .NET technologies, Python, or similar modern frameworks. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, relational databases, and development best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
