Network Engineer | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | 5-10 days onsite a month | $75,000 - $100,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Engineer who enjoys project work, wants exposure to a variety of technologies and environments, and is looking to continue developing their technical skillset within a fast-paced MSP. Salary ranging from $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience Primarily remote working with no requirement to report to an office Project-focused role with approximately 70% project delivery and 30% support Exposure to a wide variety of client environments, technologies and infrastructure projects Opportunity to build expertise across networking, infrastructure, VoIP and Microsoft technologies Autonomy and ownership of projects from planning through implementation Work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative MSP environment Responsibilities Deliver infrastructure and networking projects independently or alongside other engineers Configure and deploy network equipment including firewalls, switches and wireless access points Perform network upgrades, refreshes and office relocation projects Implement and support VLANs, VPNs, wireless networking and network security improvements Deploy and troubleshoot conference room technology, including Logitech and Zoom Room solutions Support VoIP deployments and migrations using platforms such as RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Install, configure and replace network switches, including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti solutions Execute server lift-and-shift projects, server refreshes and infrastructure upgrades Manage domain transfers and DNS-related changes through providers such as GoDaddy and Network Solutions Participate in LAN modernization projects, including RADIUS and certificate-based wireless authentication Must-Have Requirements MSP experience 3-5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems or network engineering experience Experience with: VLANs, Switching, Wireless networking, Firewalls, VPNs Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, SonicWall or similar networking platforms Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits Must be based within the Dallas-Fort Worth area Nice to Have Microsoft 365 administration experience Hyper-V administration experience Azure or AWS exposure Click Below to Apply!
