Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking environments
- Experience performing remote work, not touching physical hardware
- Strong experience with Cisco routing & switching (Catalyst platforms preferred)
- Solid understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Experience configuring and managing: o Access Control Lists (ACLs) o DHCP Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Cisco wireless environments, including Catalyst Center (DNA Center) and/or Meraki Cloud – BIG PLUS
- Experience with Infoblox (IP Address Management)
- Experience with Forescout or other Network Access Control (NAC) tools

- CCNA certification Job Description Insight Global is looking to add a Network Engineer to their client’s Enterprise Network organization. They will be responsible for modifying and maintaining configurations across routers and switches, 100% remote and not touching any physical hardware, within an existing enterprise environment. This includes updating configurations such as access controls and loopback addresses (changing how your device handles or is configured to use its own internal (self-referencing) IP address), as well as supporting the onboarding of network devices into telemetry and monitoring tools to ensure visibility into performance and availability. The role will also involve enabling integration with security scanning tools to help identify vulnerabilities and maintain overall network health.
