Job Title: Node.js Developer with AWS Experience Location: Dallas,TX Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Developer with AWS experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js , RESTful APIs, AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices. The candidate should be experienced in building secure, high-performance backend systems and integrating with cloud services in an Agile environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of professional experience in Node.js development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS. Strong experience with AWS cloud services. Experience developing Microservices-based applications. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices. Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS. Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway. Integrate applications with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and AWS IAM. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Experience with serverless architecture. Experience using Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture. Experience working with financial, healthcare, retail, or enterprise applications. Exposure to React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
