NoSQL DBA (CLT)

The NOSQL DBA will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed database products like Cassandra / SingleStore in Linux operating systems. He will be bridging gap between engineering solution team; application develop teams platform service teams to streamline deployment of code through pipeline release process. NoSQL DBA will be working on building managing infrastructure to support database through industry standard automation toolset and/or cloud providers. Responsible for providing day-to-day administration support and maintenance for existing and new cloud applications in production and non-production environments. Perform debugging, tuning and performance enhancement as well as automation of operational and continuous integration aspect of the cloud platform. Write shell/python scripts for automating build, deploy and operate for cloud-based applications and product platforms. Working with using DevOps tool on Horizon platform to create, maintain and execute operational jobs. NoSQL DBA should be implementing, managing, and monitoring companys cloud environments and solutions. Identify inefficiencies in current and implement improved solutions Assist in planning and implementing capacity and resource expansion to ensure scalability of cloud platform supporting applications. Assist in planning and performing product upgrades and migrations to new solution integrating with third party ecosystems.
