NOW hiring: REMOTE - Tele Psychiatrists

Access TeleCare, a leading behavioral health solutions provider, is currently seeking board-certified Psychiatrists to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in a fully remote role, helping to shape the future of behavioral health at scale. Key Responsibilities ·      Provide psychiatric consultation for patients admitted to medical, surgical, ICU, and specialty units. ·      Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including assessment of mood disorders, delirium, psychosis, anxiety, substance use, cognitive disorders, and behavioral disturbances. ·      Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions in medically ill patients. Initiate and adjust psychotropic medications with attention to medical comorbidities, drug interactions, and organ dysfunction. ·      Assess decision-making capacity for medical treatment and provide documentation as needed. Evaluate and manage suicidal ideation, self-harm risk, agitation, and behavioral emergencies in the hospital setting. Qualifications Board Certified MD or DO Telehealth experience would be helpful, but not necessary Licensed in a priority state below: (*Combination of these states is a plus) Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin Eligible for medical licensure and hospital credentialing Open to Access TeleCare acquiring additional licenses on your behalf Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to supervise Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) Shift Availability: · Shift Options: Monday-Sunday Shifts Available in addition to working two weekends per month: 8am-4pm EST 4pm-12am EST § 12am-8am EST **Must be able to give a minimum of 176 hours per month § Licensed in a priority state below: (Combination of these states is a plus) § North Carolina, Florida, California, Massachusetts, Texas, Kansas Interested in Elevating Care Through Telehealth?
