Specialize in cardiovascular disease detection, evaluation, and treatment. Utilize EHR systems, with familiarity in eCW preferred. Engage in telehealth consultations to enhance access. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management. Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention. Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
