Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Engage in telehealth consultations to broaden patient access. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and discharge planning. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
