Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Conduct physical exams and assessments; develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions; provide specialized cardiovascular care. Utilize electronic health records (eCW familiarity a plus); engage in telehealth consultations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and discharge planning. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention; ensure HIPAA compliance. Requirements: Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, experience in cardiovascular disease, proficiency in medical coding, and excellent communication skills.
