Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Sub-Investigator) Location: Roslindale, MA Salary: $135,000-$156,000 + 7.5% Annual Site Bonus We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing clinical research site as a Sub-Investigator . This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider interested in clinical research. No prior clinical research experience is required. Candidates with strong clinical experience who are interested in transitioning into research are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Serve as a Sub-Investigator on a variety of clinical research studies. Conduct physical examinations and assess study participants. Review medical histories, laboratory results, and study-related data. Evaluate participant eligibility and provide ongoing medical oversight throughout clinical trials. Ensure participant safety and protocol compliance. Collaborate with Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Coordinators, and study staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements. Support high-quality execution of clinical research studies. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Massachusetts or eligible for licensure). Clinical practice experience as an NP or PA. Excellent patient assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Interest in clinical research and evidence-based medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Prior clinical research experience is not required .
