Collaborative, Supportive Structure Three in-house OBGYN hospitalists on shift One Certified Nurse Midwife always on duty Close collaboration with available specialist - Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Onc Stable, predictable scheduling with more than one OBGYN hospitalist on duty every shift Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high-acuity L&D unit. Surgical & Procedural Care Perform GYN procedures and GYN surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care. High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration Partner closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to care for high-risk antepartum patients.
