Minimum Requirements Arizona Occupational Therapy License Verbal & Written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instruction Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for AHCCCS-Provider ID Number Requirements Prior To Start Date Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver’s License required within 30 days of hire) MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees. COMMENTS Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Location: Exceptional Education Department - District Wide - Sites May Vary FTE: 1.0 – 7.5 hours per day - 3 positions available Work Calendar: 9.5 month Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits. Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position. Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
