Job Overview Devla Properties Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and supporting tenants, clients, and staff. * Support the daily operations of multiple companies within the organization and assist with various administrative needs across departments. * Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette * Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office supplies * Assist with scheduling and maintaining work order system, and preparing correspondence to customers * Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events * Provide personal assistant support to the Owner and Office Manager, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day tasks Qualifications * Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members * Strong administrative skills with a focus on organizational efficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and general office software systems required. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities * Bilingual Requirement: This role requires fluency in both English and French, as you will be expected to communicate with clients, staff, and external partners in both languages. * Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management to maintain accurate records and information * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Prior administrative experience showcasing ability to handle various office tasks If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment while enhancing your administrative career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
