Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Richmond Hill office. You will be the operational backbone of our team ? keeping our workplace running smoothly, supporting staff, and ensuring a productive and welcoming environment for everyone. Duties * Manage office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships * Oversee reception, mail distribution, and general office correspondence * Coordinate scheduling, meeting rooms, and calendar management for leadership * Onboard new employees and maintain HR documentation and personnel files * Liaise with the accounting team on expenses. * Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. * Serve as the first point of contact for facility issues, repairs, and maintenance. * Support senior management with travel bookings, expense reports, and ad hoc tasks * Implement and improve internal processes and administrative procedures. Requirements * Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks * Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems * Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles with strong phone etiquette * Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain accurate records. * Experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus but not required * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent English language skills. Qualifications * Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field * 3+ years in an office management or senior admin role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace * Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is an asset * Strong written and verbal communication skills Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Extended health care * On-site parking Work Location: In person
